Where can i ship my order?

We ship to the address you provide during checkout. We do not amend/make any changes. You are requested carefully enter correct address while checking out as the same address gets pushed to our shipping companies.

An order returned due to wrong address entered will attract additional shipping fee which will be recovered from you!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive a computer generated order summary cum invoice directly in your provided email address after successfully placing an order.

How can I return an item?

Please refer to our return policy to understand how to return a product.

 
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We will do our best to re-stock an out of stock product at the earliest however we discontinue products time-to-time whenever an upgrade or better version is available hence such product may not return in stock again. Add the said "out of stock" in your wishlist to get notified when it returns in stock.

Will I received the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive same product as shown in the product picture. 

The actual color of the item might be slightly different from the color showed on the pictures, due to the different monitor/display, color producing capability and light effects.
